Arrival is no earlier than 3pm and the premises must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Other periods of Let can be considered with prior consultation.

Included in the price is electricity, fuel for the fire and all bedlinen required.
Short breaks are available over the winter period (November to February) excluding the Festive Season, £50 per night (3 nights minimum).
Bookings are accepted by both phone and email and confirmed by receipt of a 25% deposit.
